What we collect

When you use the quote form we collect your name, mobile number, suburb, details about your car and the damage, and any photos you attach. If you call or email us, we keep what you tell us so we can do the job.

How we use it

To give you a quote, book the car in, do the repair and send you a quote or invoice. We may text or call you about your job. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing lists.

Where it's stored

Form submissions and photos are stored securely with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and emailed to us. We keep them as long as we need them for the job and our records, then delete them.

Who sees it

H&H Smash Repairs, and, if you're claiming on insurance, your insurer or their assessor as part of the claim. Our website provider, EZM Group, may see submissions while maintaining the site.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't use advertising cookies. The quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, and the embedded Google Map is provided by Google under its own privacy terms.

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are read and whether the call button is tapped. The details you type into the quote form are not sent to Google.
