Can I bring my car to you if I'm claiming on insurance?
Usually, yes. Many comprehensive policies let you choose your own repairer, either as standard or as an option on the policy. Check your product disclosure statement or ask your insurer. If you can choose, tell them you want H&H Smash Repairs at 77 Moss St, Slacks Creek, and we'll handle the quote and work with their assessor.
Should I claim or pay privately?
If the repair costs about the same as your excess, paying privately keeps a claim off your record. For bigger jobs, claiming usually makes sense. We give you the price first so you can decide.
Do you work with my insurer?
We work with insurance assessors on customers' claims. We don't list insurer logos or make promises on their behalf; the policy terms are between you and them, and we're happy to walk you through the process.
